The 5 human Types

1 The Super owl
This is the B-person who delivers! They do best on intelligence tests and problem solving. They can be impulsive, take risks and can be more emotionally unstable, but they make up for it with a sharp brain. The cognitive processing in the brain is well developed.
2 The Accident owls
These are B-people who have less white matter in their brains, which means that signals can travel more slowly. They often have poorer memory and generally poor health. They participate less in physical activity, but often smoke or play computer games. They are at high risk for anxiety and depression.
3 The Golden Larks
This is the A-person everyone else loves to hate. They wake up in the morning. They have the fewest health problems of all and a normal brain. Their healthy lifestyle with little drug use and a healthy body, they take with them into old age. They have a tendency to be nervous and watch a lot of TV.
4 The Sad Morning Bird
Even though they get up early, these A-people often struggle with sleep. They are more likely to have depression and neurotic personalities. They have a vulnerability that we often see in B-people. There were more women than men in this group.
5 The Risk Owl
These are the rock stars who are characterized by thrill-seeking and a willingness to take risks. The reward system in the brain is easily activated in these B-people. They resort more often to drugs and are more prone to heart and vascular diseases. There was a preponderance of men who belonged to this group.
